I was hesitant on posting this just because we are in summer mode and this might be a borderline fall trend but, if worn with appropriate attire on a cooler day, it could be something great! This idea stems from the mind of my bestie whose pulled the girlie sock off with flats and heels a long long time ago. But, recently, I've seen the man shoe resurface from a number of designers and cant help but be charmed by their simple elegance! I believe that with the added touch of a lacey ankle sock (wear at the ankle, not pulled up like in the picture I've posted!!!), you've got yourself an absolutely darling addition to your outfit! This fashion idea can easily be paired with a number of clothing articles but remember to not wear anything that is too long (defeats the purpose of the ankle sock) or anythign that cuts the leg off half way, keep things relatively short (mid thigh and up).
